Outside our boot camp studio

Thank you for your interest in our fitness boot camp program in Sterling VA!  We are excited to meet you.

Our studio is located at 45687 Elmwood Ct, Sterling VA.  Due to COVID, our clients wanted us to provide services in multiple different ways so… we did!  Our boot camp program meets twice a day from 6-7 AM and 5:30-6:30 PM Monday – Friday.  Some clients participate inside our studio, some in our parking lot outside, and still others via ZOOM.  As a Valpak referral, you can choose to join us however you are most comfortable: indoors, outdoors, or online!
