What is the best fitness program for 2015?
Of course, most people would expect me to say CFC’s Boot Camp Program. After all, that is what I teach several hours per day. However, I honestly do not believe that boot camp will solve enough of your fitness issues by itself. In fact, I believe there is another program that everyone should undertake in 2015, that is more effective than any other program you can find.
This program is super simple. It’s remarkably easy to preform but take tremendous will-power. It can be summed up into one sentence and should become your single fitness resolution.
By adopting this program I guarantee that you will start to lose excess weight you’ve been carrying around. You’ll increase your life expectancy as well as reduce the risks associated with sedentary diseases. Absolutely everybody can do this program with no extra training, or modifications, and it requires very little coordination. It takes just seconds to do and yet needs to be repeated multiple times per day.
The program is called: “Push it away.” And it means exactly what it says! Here is a small list of things you should start pushing away to become overall healthier and more fit:
The dinner table, your couch, TV, bed, elevator/escalators, computers/IPad/smartphone, processed foods, fast foods, late night snacks, laziness, excuses, wishing, dreaming and the list goes on and on. The point is, if you spend more time pushing these things away you will become overall healthier.
